Now JDK is open sourced:

that means that a lot of people contributed and still contributing to JDK, also google might be, if not one of the big contributes in JDK.
So, should oracle be the one trying to get money from google for using some of JDK functionality, or should google/and all who contributed in the JDK, sue oracle for its huge use of java code that has been used by Oracle itself?!!!??
